1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using First Bazaar, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We accept Cash on Delivery and Online Payment. Prices are displayed in INR and may include taxes where applicable.

3. Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to keep product information, prices and stock levels accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or unavailability.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery times are shared at checkout. Shipping charges may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
